![🚫 IndiGo Flight Cancellations, Refund & Compensation✈️🧳 Last December, IndiGo cancelled many flights due to DGCA’s new rule. We managed to secure a full refund & 2 gift vouchers worth 5k pp for each ticket 💰💃📌 Save it before you lose it✨ Share with your friends & family who needs hear it📝 If you were in the same situation, let me break down the entire processFollow @mytravellingstilettos for more travel recommendations⬇️ Refund Process✓ Tried claiming a refund through IndiGo website. But it was accepting bank acc no with less than 10 chars. Ours has 14✓ Emailed IndiGo & learnt the refund amt had already been transferred to our booking agent EaseMyTrip✓ Then, tried claiming a refund through both EaseMyTrip website & it’s customer service. Got the standard response of ‘zero refund’✓ Frustrated, posted on X tagging EaseMyTrip. That worked!✓ They reached us within 5 mins, initiated refunds immediately. Also, requested us to delete the tweet. @easemytrip Such a scamster!✓ Received the full amount within 2-3 days📝 IndiGo Gift Voucher✓ Check email from ‘IndiGo Customer Experience’ with subject line: ‘Complete your compensation process’✓ If booked via local agent, check with them. They may have received your compensation email✓ There will be a separate link for each passenger✓ Within 3 days, you will get two 5k vouchers pp for each ticket. Look for the subject line: ‘IndiGo’s Gesture of Care | Your Travel Voucher has arrived!’⚠️ Valid for 1 year, same person & direct website bookings⚠️ Be aware of fake emails with malicious links.
