Ours has 14✓ Emailed IndiGo & learnt the refund amount had already been transferred to our booking agent EaseMyTrip✓ Then, tried claiming a refund through both EaseMyTrip website & its customer service. Got the standard response of ‘zero refund’✓ Frustrated, posted on X tagging EaseMyTrip. That worked!✓ They reached us within 5 mins, initiated refunds immediately. Also, requested us to delete the tweet. @easemytrip Such a scamster!✓ Received the full amount within 2-3 days📝 IndiGo Gift Voucher✓ Check email from 'IndiGo Customer Experience' with subject line: 'Complete your compensation process'✓ If booked via a local agent, check with them.
