But it was accepting bank accounts with less than 10 chars. Ours has 14✓ Emailed IndiGo & learnt the refund amount had already been transferred to our booking agent EaseMyTrip✓ Then, tried claiming a refund through both EaseMyTrip website & its customer service. Got the standard response of ‘zero refund’✓ Frustrated, posted on X tagging EaseMyTrip. That worked!✓ They reached us within 5 mins, initiated refunds immediately.
